What do I have to post about today? Well, starting early never helps because I haven't given myself enough time to result in things bike related happening. I am happy, however, to ramble about pointless things that don't concern the majority of people.
This morning, on the way to work, I saw a guy on a skateboard. He was far in front of me and going with impressive speed. I don't know what snapped in me but between the street leaving my house and getting to the trainstation I needed to beat him. I powered along as fast as my little legs could take me, and eventually, I got there. I think part of me regretted it a little, moving that fast on my bike is burny in the glutes, but in the end it was probably totally worth it.
Some of the pictures have now been added to the blog which makes me feel I have achieved something. How much something I have achieved is for you to say, but I am feeling pretty good about it.
I spent a good portion of time yesterday getting a riding cape for Jo at her request. Of course my computer loves to make my life hard when it's having a bad day so it took a lot longer than it should have, painfully long actually, but I got there in the end. It is the coolest riding cape I have ever seen.

I intend to get one as I am currently riding in a poncho. Cool as it is, I think I want something a little cooler.
In conclusion, yesterday the news came out that Wicked is coming to Perth and this makes me very excited and very happy. In aid of this I am going to post a Star Pin Up with this entry, Kristin Chenoweth, the original Glinda in Wicked. I have no idea where this is from but it's fun and yellow and I am excited.
